Bold and daring, yet unpretentious and simple: that sums up the buildings designed by the independent, Oslo-based architectural office of Reiulf Ramstad Architects (RRA). The firm has a strong conceptual approach combined with experience from past accomplished projects. Over the years RRA has produced a wide range of innovative and ground breaking projects with an exceptional variation of scale and program. The office has shown a multitude of approaches in solving assignments, both nationally and internationally and has received numerous awards and recognitions for its projects. The lecture will present a broad palette of our trailblazing projects and exploration of our architecture with a strong connection to the Scandinavian context and the impressive Scandinavian landscape in particular.
